Where CivicTrust Integrity Services provides services to municipalities, public bodies, First Nation entities, or other public-interest organizations, records may be subject to applicable public-sector privacy, access-to-information, archival, records-management, legal-hold, or disclosure obligations. Clients are responsible for determining their own statutory access, privacy, record-retention, and disclosure obligations.
